TDGI performed a Technical Due Diligence at the Quinta das L\u00e1grimas Hotel in Coimbra, in order to evaluate the state of operation and conservation of the technical installations.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n

As part of this audit, TDGI carried out various inspections and tests at HVAC\u2019s and Electrical Facilities. In addition, analyzes were also performed on Indoor Air Quality of the various spaces, the quality of the drinking water and the swimming pools.<\/p>\n

A report was made to the client with the detected anomalies, making the audit essential for the elaboration of a maintenance plan adjusted to the needs of the building.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
